Capella Banking was founded by two college classmates in India who identified gaps in how travelers manage money globally. While shaping their idea into a viable fintech product, they discovered our work on Behance and approached us to help craft a clear, credible identity and digital experience for the platform.

Capella Banking partnered with us at a defining stage in its journey—shaping a financial product built for people who move. Designed around seamless global spending, travel privileges, and frictionless cross-border payments, Capella aimed to redefine how modern users experience banking beyond borders. While the product was strong, its digital presence did not fully capture the sense of confidence, clarity, and aspiration that Capella stood for. The challenge was to translate a feature-rich financial offering into a focused, intuitive experience that felt premium without being intimidating.

Capella’s audience ranged from first-time international travelers to seasoned global users, each with different expectations of clarity, control, and reassurance. The platform needed to simplify complex financial interactions foreign transactions, rewards, security protocols without oversimplifying or diluting trust.




The process began with deep discovery—understanding Capella’s product architecture, travel-focused value proposition, and the expectations of a globally mobile user base. We analyzed how users interact with financial products while traveling, identifying key moments where clarity, speed, and reassurance are critical. This informed the foundation of the experience: reduce friction, surface essential information early, and maintain trust at every step.
