The objective of this project was to design a distinctive brand identity and packaging system for PĀCHĀ Kombucha that reflects Kerala’s cultural identity while appealing to modern beverage consumers.

Kerala’s visual culture is rich with detail, colour, and symbolism. Translating this into a contemporary packaging system required careful restraint to avoid overwhelming the design.


The final identity system established PĀCHĀ Kombucha as a culturally distinctive beverage brand within the growing kombucha market.

The packaging successfully communicates tropical freshness while celebrating Kerala’s artistic heritage. By combining expressive illustration with a structured layout system, the design achieves both visual impact and clarity.
